1 lb. halibut 3/4 c. Bisquick 1/3 c. beer 1 tbsp. oil 2 tbsp. grated onion 2 egg whites, beaten stiff Salt and pepper to taste Garlic powder to taste Accent to taste
Cut halibut in 2-quart squares. Roll in batter. A pinch of sugar in batter will help brown. Deep fry until brown.
