1 (15 1/2 oz.) can salmon 3/4 c. oatmeal 1/2 c. onion, finely chopped 1 egg, slightly beaten 2 tbsp. parsley, minced 2 tbsp. lemon juice 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce Drain and flake salmon. Combine with remaining ingredients and mix well. Shape into 4 patties. Pan-fry on both sides in hot oil until golden brown. Serve in buns with lettuce and tomato slices. |
