Melt 3 tablespoons butter. Add 1/2 cup sliced green pepper and 1/3 cup sliced onions. Cook until soft. Add 5 tablespoons flour and 1/2 teaspoon salt. Stir until well blended.
Add 3 cups milk slowly, stirring constantly until thickened. Bring to a boil and boil 2 minutes. Add 1 large can tuna fish, drained and 1 tablespoon lemon juice. Pour into large baking dish and cover with cheese rolls.

3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. flour
Few grains cayenne
Add 3 tablespoons shortening and mix thoroughly. Add 1/2 cup of milk. Toss on floured board until outside looks smooth.
Roll out onto sheet 8 x 12 inches. Sprinkle with a mixture of 3/4 cup grated cheese and 2 pimentos, chopped. Roll out like jelly roll starting at short side.
With a sharp knife, cut into 8 slices. Flatten slightly and lay on top of creamed mixture. Bake in hot oven, 400-450 degrees about 30 minutes or until browned. Makes 8 servings.
