2 lbs. fillet Juice of 1 lemon Dash of red pepper 1/8 tsp. thyme, basil or sage 1/4 tsp. curry powder 1/4 tsp. paprika 1/4 tsp. celery or garlic salt 2 tbsp. butter
Melt butter, mix in spices, pour over fish in well-greased pan. Broil for 10 to 15 minutes.
