1 c. soy sauce Juice of 1 lemon 1/4 c. dry sherry 2 tbsp. finely chopped or grated fresh ginger 1/4 c. finely chopped green onion 1 garlic clove, minced Pinch of cayenne pepper 1 tbsp. freshly ground pepper
Combine all ingredients in a glass or ceramic container and mix well. Makes about 1 1/2 cups.
