Saute: 2 med. onions, chopped 1 clove garlic, chopped 2 tbsp. vegetable oil
Add: 1 tbsp. lemon juice 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. sugar 1/8 tsp. ground cinnamon 1/2 tsp. ground cloves
Cook ingredients slowly until done. Mix: 1 tsp. salt 1/4 c. flour
Coat fish with flour mixture. Add 1/4 cup oil to bottom of pan. Bake fish at 350 degrees until done. Pour sauce over fish and cook 10 minutes longer. Also good cooked outdoors on grill.
