1 lg. fish 2 green peppers (chopped) 2 onions (chopped) 2 1/2 tsp. lemon juice 1 celery, chopped 1 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt Black pepper 4 peeled tomatoes 1/2 tsp. corn oil Side order of rice Saute pepper, onion, and celery in corn oil. Place fish in baking dish. Add lemon juice, salt and pepper. Chop tomatoes and layer on top. Bake covered in 350 degree oven for 35 minutes. Serve on bed of rice. |
