1 lg. pkg. smoked salmon, shredded 1 pkg. linguine I think the Indian smoked salmon is the best. Prepare linguine according to directions on package, but add a splash of oil to cooking water to keep pasta from sticking together. Instead of linguine, you can use shells, twists, or spaghetti. SAUCE: 1/4 c. olive oil 1 (8 oz.) bottle clam juice Extra Virgin or Virgin for best flavor and best quality. The amount of clam juice depends on how much liquid you prefer in the pasta. Combine olive oil and clam juice in a saucepan. Heat over low heat. Drain linguine after cooking and replace linguine in cooking pot. Add the olive oil/clam juice to the pasta and toss. Serves 4. |
