1 (15 1/2 oz.) can salmon, drained 3 to 4 tbsp. mayonnaise Vegetable salt to taste Several dashes each: cayenne red pepper, kelp Optional: 1/4 c. green onion tops, chopped fine Mix everything together and pat into 1 or 2 small oiled baking dishes, about 1/2 to 1/3 inch thick. Bake for about 10 to 15 minutes at 350 degrees until browned on top. Serve immediately. |
