SIMPLE SALMON
 

3 tbsp. reduced sodium soy sauce
1/4 c. honey
3 tbsp. bottled oil & vinegar salad dressing
2 tbsp. lemon juice
4 sm. salmon steaks, about 1" thick (about 2 lb. total weight)

1. In small bowl combine soy sauce and honey. Stir in oil and vinegar dressing and lemon juice.

2. Place salmon in one layer in glass baking dish. Pour marinade over steaks, coating both sides with marinade. Cover and refrigerate 1-3 hours.

3. Prepare grill according to manufacturer's directions and oil grill well. Grill salmon 4-5 inches above medium-hot coals, covered, 5-6 minutes per side, brushing occasionally with leftover marinade.
