SAUSAGE AND EGG STRATA
 

1 lb. bulk sausage browned & drained
2 c. milk
6 to 7 slices bread cubed
4 eggs beaten
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. mustard, dry
1/4 lb. cheddar cheese grated

Use 9 x 13 Pyrex dish. Refrigerate 12 hours. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
