PICKLED EGGS
 

12 eggs, hard boiled, peeled
1 med. onion, sliced and separated

Put in large glass jars or 2-quart jars.

2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. water
1 c. sugar
1 tbsp. salt
1 tsp. whole mixed pickling spice

Boil above and cool. Pour over eggs and onions. Cover and refrigerate. Can stand for many weeks.
