1 unbaked 9 inch pie crust
1 c. ham
4 beaten eggs
3/4 c. milk
1 c. cheddar cheese
Salt & pepper to taste
Onion salt to taste
Paprika to taste

Mix all ingredients and pour in pie crust and bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour or until knife comes out clean.
