1 lb. tofu 1/4 c. mayonnaise 1 tbsp. prepared mustard 1/2 tsp. soy sauce 1/4 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. garlic powder 1/8 tsp. turmeric 1/4 tsp. celery seeds Pinch of black pepper 1 stalk celery, minced Press water out of tofu and place in bowl. Break up with fork. Add other ingredients. Chill. Great on whole grain bread with lettuce and tomato. |
