1 lb. tofu, mashed (hands work well for that) 1/2 tsp. turmeric 1 tsp. dry mustard 1 tbsp. herbal salt 1 1/2 tsp. celery seed 1 1/2 tsp. oregano 1 1/2 tsp. parsley 1 tbsp. mayonnaise 1/2 c. minced onion 3 celery stalks, minced Chopped sweet or dill pickles to taste Simply mix all ingredients. Mix well. Serve as sandwich filling or as centerpiece in a bed of lettuce. |
