EGG ROLLS
 

1 sm. head cabbage
3 carrots
1 med. onion
1 lb. ground pork
1/2 lb. crab meat
1 tbsp. salt
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 pkg. clear noodles (optional)
1 egg, beaten
Egg roll wrappers

Shred first 3 ingredients. if using clear noodles soak them in water until soft (this only takes a few minutes). Combine vegetables, pork (raw), crabmeat, salt, sugar and noodles.

Mix well. Drop tablespoonful in center of wrapper. Starting at corner roll up half way. Fold in side corners and continue to roll up.

Dip tip of wrapper in beaten eggs. This will keep end from popping open while deep frying in oil. Deep fry in skillet or deep fryer until golden brown.
