1 pkg. chicken breast tenderloins
1/4 c. melted butter
1 1/4 c. crushed buttery cracker crumbs
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. salt (optional)
11/2 tsp. corn oil
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. sour cream
3/8 tsp. dried dill weed
2 tbsp. minced dill pickle
Pinch of garlic powder
Mix all dip ingredients and let sit in refrigerator while preparing tenderloin strips.
Crispy tenderloin: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Coat baking sheet with oil. Mix cracker crumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder and salt. Dip tenderloins in butter and roll in cracker crumb mixture. Place in baking sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes or until done. Serve with dill dip.
