1 lb. ground chuck
1 onion
2 tsp. cumin powder
2 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. chili powder
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
3 c. water

Brown hamburg and onion. Drain off grease. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 2 hours.
