Cook bacon until crisp. Drain, reserving 1 tablespoon drippings.
Heat reserved drippings, bacon and garlic over low heat 1 minute.
Stir in salad dressing and milk. Cook, stirring occasionally, until thoroughly heated. Serve with spinach salad. 1 1/2 cups. Only 230 calories per 3 tablespoons.
