1/2 c. buttermilk
1/2 c. sour cream
1 c. mayonnaise
3/4 tsp. onion powder
3/4 tsp. Knorr Aromat
1 tbsp. parsley
1 cucumber, peeled & seeded
1 tsp. dill
Salt & pepper to taste

Mix cucumber in food processor. Put in a bowl and whisking with a wire whisk thoroughly combine all ingredients. Will keep for a week.

Went on a vacation to the Homestead in Virginia and for lunch we ate in this darling restaurant. The salad was topped with this wonderful dressing. Of course we had to buy the Knorr Aromat there. I suppose you can get it in one of the Gourmet stores. It is a lovely spice, that can be used on other foods.
