Worcestershire sauce Second - add to mix: 5 c. fresh bread crumbs 3/4 c. mayonnaise Last gently incorporate: 1 lb. lump crab meat Form mixture into 12 patties, saute in clarified butter or an other type of oil until lightly brown and cooked all the way through.
