1/2 c. red wine vinegar 2 cloves crushed garlic 1/2 tsp. basil 1 tbsp. sugar 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. white pepper 1 c. vegetable oil 1/2 c. olive oil
Put all the ingredients except the 2 oils to soak in the vinegar for at least 20 minutes. At any time after that, add the oils and shake. Makes 1 pint.
