BARBEQUING MARINADES
 

(Great for swordfish, shark, or tuna)

1/2 c. oil
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. parsley
Minced garlic
2 tbsp. minced onion
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. rosemary
1 bay leaf, crumbled

MARINADE FOR FLANK STEAK:

1 tsp. grated lemon peel
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/4 c. oil
1/4 c. soy sauce
1 tsp. ginger
1 clove minced garlic
1 tsp. brown sugar

Place steak in marinade all day. Then grill.
