3/4 c. chopped pecans
1/4 tsp. pecan extract
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. grated lemon peel
2 c. milk
5 egg yolks
A dusting of cinnamon
Whisk yolks, milk, sugar, and lemon peel in the top of a double boiler; simmer bottom boiler.
When mixture thickens to whipped cream consistence, add extract, pecans, and cinnamon.
