1 1/2 c. salad oil 3/4 c. soy sauce 1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce 2 tbsp. dry mustard 2 1/4 tsp. salt 1 1/4 tsp. parsley flakes 1 tbsp. black pepper 1/2 c. wine vinegar 1 clove garlic 1/3 c. lemon juice Put all the ingredients in a blender for 40 seconds. Keeps well in the refrigerator for several months. This is a good marinade for Swiss steak and/or beef cooked on the grill. |
