3 lg. onions (fry alone) 1 1/2 lb hamburger 1 tbsp. allspice 2 tsp. oregano 2 tsp. celery seed 1 tsp. ground cayenne pepper 4 tsp. salt 6 tbsp. catsup 6 tbsp. chili powder 1 tsp. paprika 1 garlic onion 1 qt. water Fry onions, then add remaining ingredients and simmer 1 hour. Makes 1 1/2 quarts. Add more water if needed. |
