TEXAS HOT - HOT DOG SAUCE
 

2 lb. hamburger
1 c. chopped onion
Salt
2 tbsp. cloves
Pepper
2 tbsp. dry mustard
2 lg. cans tomato juice
1 tbsp. cinnamon
2 cloves garlic
1 tbsp. ginger
2 tbsp. paprika
2 tbsp. chili powder
1 tbsp. nutmeg

Brown meat, onion and garlic. Add remaining ingredients. Cook 2 hours, stir often. Can be frozen.
