1 avocado, chopped 1 c. mayonnaise 1/2 c. sour cream 1/2 c. tarragon vinegar 1/4 c. wine 1 can anchovies, drained and chopped 2 tbsp. sliced green onions 1 tbsp. lemon juice 1 clove garlic, minced Salt and pepper to taste
Combine all ingredients in a blender. Chill untill ready to use. Makes 3 cups.
