1 tbsp. liquid smoke 1 tsp. garlic salt 1 tsp. celery salt 1 tsp. onion salt 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp. soy sauce 1/3 c. Wishbone Italian oil dressing 1 tsp. black pepper Combine all ingredients. Brush on 4 or 5 pound brisket on both sides. Wrap in foil. Refrigerate overnight. Leave in foil and bake at 275 degrees for 4 or 5 hours, or until tender. |
