1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped peanuts

Whip sugars, cream cheese and vanilla with beater. Add chopped peanuts. Serve with apple wedges. Also goes well as fresh vegetable dip.
