SALAD WITH DILL DRESSING
 

1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen French style green beans, cooked and drained
1 head Boston or butter lettuce
1 c. seasoned croutons
1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Sliced radishes for garnish

Mix above salad ingredients. Serve with dill dressing.

DILL DRESSING:

2/3 c. oil
1/4 c. red wine vinegar
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dill
1/8 tsp. curry powder
1/8 tsp. pepper

Mix all ingredients and microwave on High for 2 minutes, stirring once.
