1/8 c. water 2 c. beef broth 1 c. madeira wine 3 tbsp. butter 1 tsp. cornstarch 1 tsp. soy sauce Simmer broth and add butter and soy sauce. Dissolve cornstarch in the water and add broth, stirring until smooth and thickened. Serve with any meat: beef, pork, veal or lamb. Also good with chicken using chicken broth instead of beef broth. |
