SALAD: 4 c. cold cooked macaroni 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese 1/3 c. chopped green pepper 1/4 c. finely chopped onion 1/4 c. sliced stuffed green olives 2 tbsp. chopped parsley 1/2 c. flaked salmon DRESSING: 1 tsp. garlic salt 1 tsp. sugar 1 tsp. paprika 1/8 tsp. pepper 1 tsp. dry mustard 1/4 c. vinegar 3/4 c. Crisco oil SALAD: Combine all ingredients. Fold in Tangy Dressing. DRESSING: Combine all ingredients except Crisco oil in a screw top jar. Add Crisco oil and shake vigorously. Store any remaining dressing covered in refrigerator. Shake well before using. |
