TEXAS HOT WEINER SAUCE
 

1 lb. ground chuck
1 med. onion, chopped
1/2 qt. boiling water
2 tsp. chili powder
2 tsp. paprika
2 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. oregano
1/4-1/2 tsp. cayenne
6 oz. tomato paste

Brown and separate meat in Dutch oven. Drain. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 1 hour.
