(28 oz.) cans crushed tomatoes 1 tbsp. tomato paste 1 tsp. dried basil 1 tsp. oregano 1/4 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 1 pkg. spaghetti Grated Parmesan cheese Cook and stir onions, carrots and garlic in hot oil in large skillet over medium heat until tender but NOT browned. Add tomatoes, tomato paste, sugar and seasonings. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes. Cook pasta. Serve sauce over hot pasta, sprinkle liberally with Parmesan cheese.
