WARM BACON DRESSING
 

Coarsely chop 1/3 pound sliced bacon. In a skillet over medium heat, saute bacon 6-7 minutes until crisp.

Stir in:

1/3 c. apple cider vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. prepared Dijon mustard
1 1/2 tbsp. granulated sugar
Salt and pepper to taste
