MICHIGAN HOT DOG SAUCE #2

2 lbs. hamburger
3 tbsp. mustard
2 tbsp. salt
3 tbsp. chili powder
1/2 c. chopped onions
3 tbsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. crushed pepper
1 lg. can tomato paste
1 lg. can tomato puree
2 c. water

Blend all ingredients. Simmer for 3 hours.
