8 oz. chocolate, vanilla or butterscotch flavored candy coating

Any of the following cookies can be used:

Cream filled vanilla, chocolate or peanut butter sandwich cookies
Vanilla wafers
Shortbread cookies
Sugar wafers
Coconut bar cookies
Fig bar
Round buttery crackers filled with peanut butter
Any purchased cookie

In small saucepan, melt candy coating over low heat, stirring constantly. Dip cookies halfway into coating; allow excess to drip off. Place on waxed paper to dry. Decorate as desired. 3/4 cup cookie coating.
