Sensational served over waffles, fruit or frozen yogurt. 1 can (20 oz.) Dole Pineapple Chunks, undrained Juice and zest from 1 Dole Orange 1 tbsp. cornstarch 1 tbsp. sugar 1 tsp. ground ginger Combine pineapple, 1/2 cup orange juice and 1 teaspoon orange zest with remaining ingredients in saucepan. Cook and stir until sauce boils and thickens. Cool to room temperature. Use sauce over frozen yogurt, pancakes or waffles. Makes 8 servings, about 2 cups. |
