1/4 c. lemon juice 1/4 c. water 1/2 c. olive oil 1 sm. onion 2 fresh green chiles 3 sprigs parsley, fresh 2 cloves garlic 1 tsp. cilantro 1/2 tsp. cumin Salt and pepper to taste
Put all ingredients in blender and blend until onion and pepper are chopped fine.
