1/3 c. red wine vinegar 1/4 c. honey 1/4 c. olive oil 2 tbsp. lemon juice 1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard Salt and pepper to taste Combine all ingredients, mix thoroughly. Makes 1 1/4 cups.
