CHILI SAUCE - HOT DOGS
 

2 lbs. ground beef
1 c. water
1 lg. minced onion
5 oz. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. chili powder
5 tbsp. A-1 sauce
1-2 tbsp. ketchup
Salt and pepper to taste

Simmer ground beef and water 15 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and cook slowly for 2 hours (add water a little at a time if needed). If sauce is not smooth, beat with egg beaten. Serve over hot dogs.
