1 sq. Baker's chocolate
1 tsp. butter
1/3 c. hot water
1 c. sugar
Dash of salt
2 tsp. corn syrup
1 tsp. vanilla

Melt chocolate and butter. Add hot water. Bring to a boil and immediately add sugar, salt and corn syrup. Boil about 1 to 2 minutes. Makes soft ball. Remove from heat and add vanilla.
