TEX-MEX DIP
 

Combine:

3 medium avocados
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp pepper

Combine:

1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 cup sour cream
½ cup mayonnaise
2 cans jalapeno bean dip (or 1/2 can pickled jalapenos/1 can refried beans)
3 medium tomatoes (chopped)
1 bunch green onions
1 can black olives (chopped)

In an 11” x 11” pan, spread the bean dip, then layer with the avocado mix, then the taco seasoned mix, then the tomatoes, olives, onions and finally the cheese.

Serve with tortilla chips.
