SUPER CHEESE DIP
 

1 lb. ground beef
2 lb. Velveeta, cubed
1 can of Rotel tomatoes with green chilies (original)
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup

Brown ground beef. Drain. Combine all ingredients into sauce pan and cook on low heat until cheese is thoroughly melted, stirring occasionally. Serve with tortilla chips.

Serves 4.
