DIABETIC PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES
 

1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. liquid sweetener (or 6-7 packets dry)
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. flour
1 egg
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/4 c. milk
1 tsp. baking powder

Cream sweetener and butter; add well beaten egg, milk and vanilla, then peanut butter; mix well. Add salt and baking powder to flour and add to first mixture. Roll into balls and place on greased cookie sheet, criss cross with fork. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
