DIABETIC APPLE PIE
 

6 med. size cooking apples
4 reg. tsp. Sweet and Low
2 1/2 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cinnamon

Mix dry ingredients all together, add to sliced apples. This can be used with any kind of fresh fruit, if you use cherries add a little more Sweet and Low. This can be put in the freezer in servings and then you can get it out as you want it to eat. Bake at 425 for 50 minutes.
