DIABETIC APPLE PIE (LOW CHOLESTEROL)
 

6 c. sliced apples (yellow Delicious)
1 (12 oz.) can frozen apple juice concentrate
3 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg

Cook apple juice and cornstarch until thick and clear. Add apples, cinnamon and nutmeg. Put in crust. Bake at 375 degrees for 50 minutes.
