2 c. graham cracker crumbs 1/4 c. sugar 1 stick butter, melted 2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened 2 c. powdered sugar 4-5 bananas, sliced 1 lg. can crushed pineapple, well drained 1 extra lg. tub Cool Whip Mix first 3 ingredients together. Pat into a 9x13-inch pan. Bake 5 minutes at 350 degrees. Cream together the cream cheese and powdered sugar. Spread over crust mixture while hot. Layer bananas and pineapple. Spread Cool Whip on top. Refrigerate. Serves 12. |
