CHESS BAR

1 box cake mix
1 stick butter
1 egg
1 c. chopped nuts

TOPPING:

18 oz. cream cheese
1 lb. powdered sugar
2 eggs

Mix by hand until well mixed. Press into 9 x 12 pan, greased.

TOPPING: Mix with mixer. Pour over base and bake 45-50 minutes at 350 degrees.
